November 2024Have to say - the breakfast we had this morning was beautiful! £11.50 can’t ask for more than that - my poached eggs were perfect. Food was piping hot and cooked to high standard. Service was spot on (lovely man ginger beard, didn’t get his name) Thank you!!

November 2024All of us said that we would happily go back, with so much more on the menu that we all want to try! Every dish was huge, with portions being just what we wanted to keep us full on a busy day. The boys loved the Messi inspired meals and toys. So much so that they have put them up in their rooms to remember such a good day!

October 2024We always look forward to a visit to a hard rock cafe, and this did not let us down . Great service, which was attentive but not too much, just right. Everything was explained to us when we sat down, and we were asked if we had any dietary needs before we were asked for our order. The Hard Rock is only a five minute walk walk to the AO Arena, which was really handy . The merchandise area was quite small, but the service was good. One tip is if you buy any merchandise, buy it before you eat as if you fill in the questionnair, you can get a voucher for a few pounds off your bill.

November 2024Recently visited Hard Rocks cafe, I have to say that despite the inviting decor the service wasn't what I expected. Initially welcomed by a member of staff and told to find a table near the bar and someone would be over to take our order. However after 30 minutes and the girl at the bar just stood there my partner decided to ask if she was going to take our order. Her response was you order at the bar, and didn't really allow us to say that we had been advised differently. The service wasn't the most friendly I have to say and the drinks were just ok despite it being empty. I will give it a second chance but for the price of the drinks I'd expect better.
