Bolton Arena is an established conference venue, with six contemporary meeting rooms suitable from 2 to 150 people. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with audio-visual equipment and we offer a range of hot and cold catering options to suit all budgets. Great road and rail links and free on-site parking make Bolton Arena an ideal venue for your next conference, training day or away day.
We have two classrooms available to book. These air conditioned meeting rooms provide an ideal setting for meetings from 2 to 50 people. Also has natural daylight. Included in price is; room hire, projector and screen, flipchart and pen, paper & pencils and Wi-Fi. Catering also available.

Cancellation policy
If you provide a minimum of 28 days' notice of postponement or cancellation, no booking fee will apply. If you provide a minimum of 14 days, but less than 28 days, then 50% of the booking fee will be payable. If you provide less than 14 days notice, 100% of the booking fee will be payable.
