Cancellation policy
The confirmation deposit paid is non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled, with a further non-refundable payment of the remaining balance to be paid at least 28 days prior to the event day. For events booked within 28 days of event date, a full balance payment must be made in order to confirm the event. Cancellations: The venue reserves the right to retain 100% of the fees if notified of a cancellation less than 28 days prior to the event. Payments will be demanded, if not already settled. Both venue and client shall not be held liable to the other for failure to perform its obligations under any contract if that failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control (“force majeure”). These events are fire, flood, war, civil war, armed conflict or terrorist attack, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination. The other party shall be relieved of any obligation to make payment in respect of the affected Services.
Other rules
Due to UK gambling laws we cannot accept payment via credit card for any events with bingo included.

January 2025Just had the best experience at Hijingo for NYE. The bingo itself was so much fun but the staff, music and atmosphere really made it. The floor staff were honestly so amazing, our tickets included bottomless Prosecco and we really got the most of it because the staff were so on top of replacing our empty bottles. The music was so good and everyone knew all the songs that were played. The dancers had such fun energy and really looked like they were having a great time, even though I’m sure they were exhausted by the end of the night. Highly recommend this venue for an event with friends/work. Please pass this on to the team who were working New Years if you see this ☺️

The video content was spot on, and I was blown away by how everything came together. Honestly, I loved every moment and I'll definitely be back for more fun. Just a tip: more Afrobeats would totally take it to the next level!

November 2024Second time here, always a vibe. Great dancers. Worth coming to Central London for. Shout out to Fatimat! We ordered food and were ignored and told the kitchen was closed. 90 minutes later we got food.
