Located on the 38th and 39th floors at 110 Bishopsgate, SUSHISAMBA delivers a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, culture, music and striking design to the City of London.
The location features the highest outdoor dining terraces in Europe, offering unparalleled, 360 degree views of the City. Two panoramic glass elevators whisk patrons from the ground to the 39th floor, opening up London from inside-out as the lifts climb further and further upwards. SUSHISAMBA’s main dining room – with its dramatic ceilings – overlooks views of London with floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides. A grid of lights hung through the open bamboo ceiling at varying heights creates a magical experience during daytime and evening, creating an intimate dining experience.
The indoor-outdoor elements featured throughout the space, most notably, the designed structural orange tree on the west terrace. The tree sculpture reinforces the earth-to-sky motif while being an artwork in itself, reminiscent of great 20th century art and creates a dialogue with the street art found throughout the space.
As the largest of the spaces and certainly the most iconic, the main dining room features a double-height ceiling with a distinctive hanging pendant lighting installation, giving a soft warm glow to the space. Flanked by both the East and Tree terraces, the space features our Sushi bar and Robata grill and creates an airy light space perfect for both seated events or standing cocktail and canapé parties.

January 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in the sky and would love to return. We visited at the end of December, therefore during one of the busiest days. We arrived early and started with drinks on the terrace, then we were greeted by a lovely waiter who's name we unfortunately forgot, who allowed us extra time, guided us through the menu and provided great recommendations. All dishes were flavoursome and our family guests were satisfied. As our time at the table ran over by the time we finished our mains, the waiter kindly managed to secure a small bar table where we were delighted to also enjoy the beautiful and mouthwatering desserts. Thanks and sincere Well done go to the whole team for making this an unforgettable dining experience.

February 2025An absolutely fantastic experience in a premium location! Extremely attentive and welcoming staff. The Signature set menu was a delight, although I'd prefer to see more sushi included. Expensive, but worth it as a special treat. 😋 We'll be back!

March 2025A real treat to visit, from the lift up, to the entrance through to the sushi bar & sky bar. Attentive service although I found to be be slightly tight but brilliant nether the less. Once sat, we had a window seat with extraordinary views across London, just stunning! We chose the taster premiem menu which was ample and delicious with fish, meat and seaweed dishes, rounded if with a stunning pebble on soil appearing desert of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. It's our second visit and the experience matched on both occasions.

March 2025Fantastic food! Service was a little slow at times with staff sometimes explaining what the food was too, other times not (we had the set menu). The food itself was outstanding though, no issues at all there.

February 2025This restaurant is an absolute gem! The view is simply breathtaking—you can see all across London, making it a truly special experience. The interior is beautifully designed, and you can tell that a lot of effort was put into creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance. We sat at the sushi counter/bar, where we could watch the chefs prepare the dishes, which was a fantastic experience. Next time, I would love to sit in the main restaurant area as well, as it looked just as stunning. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we never had to wait long for anything. Another great feature is the terrace, where guests can step outside to enjoy a drink or smoke. They even provide heaters to keep you warm, which was a thoughtful touch. To top off the evening, you can head upstairs to the Samba Room, a club-style bar where you can continue the night in a vibrant atmosphere. There is an entrance fee, but it’s definitely worth it. The energy, music, and ambiance made it a perfect way to end the night.
