March 2025Ideal for a girls spa day or weekend! even a couples break though i like to keep mine for the girls only :) i’ve been for the day and stayed for a weekend a couple of times. Always had a fab time and treated wonderfully. great gym classes and treatments and the outdoor pool and hot tubs are so nice! food is so tasty too.

March 2025Enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay. Food was good, beautiful room with separate lounge overlooking lake. Had 3 treatments, the first with Emma H a facial which was exceptional, I was so relaxed. Second day was full body swedish massage with a different Emma, again amazing, could not be improved, so relaxed. Third day had the body cocoon which was blissful. Look forward to our next visit. 😊

March 2025I had a lovely stay on one of their deals. I hadn't been before but was very happy with the experience as I was not expecting chrome everywhere. It is a bit old fashioned but that's its charm. . My main criticism was the number of ?day guests booked into the spa area. . Made it exceptionally crowded and they tended to use the quiet areas to chat and sleep in. It made it a rather busy experience . I would still recommend though

March 2025Definitely wont be recommending to anyone. We were a group of 5 on a Hen Party 2 of our rooms had no shower curtains all three rooms looked tired and needed upgrading, one of the rooms even had a can of hair spray left under one of the chairs that belonged to the guest before us just shows the quality of the cleaning. The spa was so busy on the first day there was no where to sit and no facilities available to use apart from a cold pool and there was more upgrades needed as there was a light fitting hanging off of the ceiling in one room, a toilet holder broken, a toilet that didnt flush properly. These things i dont expect from a Spa hotel that i payed £250 for, very dissapointed, 2 upsides the location is beautiful and the food was yummy.

March 2025Checked in last week with my wife, first room we were given had poo stains in the toilet and it needed a proper clean. The second room we were given none of the sockets worked including TV and kettle, they had to find a electrician to sort it. When we paid In the morning they charged £19 for three drinks we had? How does 3 go into 19 bizarre anyway couldn't be bothered to argue we just wanted to get in the car and go. Never again.
