December 2024What an amazing addition to Kingston, definitely a must visit place! The cocktails recommended by one of the staff were absolutely delicious—definitely some of the best I’ve had in a while. The games were a perfect mix of fun and excitement, making for a great time with my family. Even though it was quite busy, the atmosphere was still incredibly vibrant and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I received top-notch service, which really made a difference in my experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, lively night out!🥳

January 2025Used a Virgin Experience Voucher for our booking which included: 1 hour of Pool, a round of Mini Golf, 1 hours of AR Darts, food from Wing Wing (which didn’t see the be the restaurant there), and 2 cocktails/spirit drinks each. The lady at the desk was very welcoming and great at explaining what we were in for! She offered us to start with Pool. After getting ready to start, taking off our coats and getting our snooker sticks, we were asked to stop and do Mini Golf instead as a group of 4 had already booked the Pool table for 2 hours.. We awkwardly waited by the desk to be given instructions for Mini Golf, so we helped ourselves to equipment and figured it out ourselves. The Mini golf was fun, but it looked very aged and run down with wobbly railings and balls getting stuck in the pipes! Anyway.. we moved onto AR darts which was enjoyable, but quite frustrating that the plastic ends of the darts kept falling off, meaning sometimes they wouldn’t reach the dart board when throwing. In addition to this, part of the board seemed perforated with the wires all bent up, and a few times the board wouldn’t recognize our shots. Next we went to the desk to order our cocktails of choice, but were disappointed when told we couldn’t order cocktails even though our voucher entitles us to 2 each? The food was average, but unfortunately another inconvenience occurred whereby we were given the incorrect sauce. When approaching staff at the desk, the response was a little cold and awkward, and they didn’t really indicate they were willing to fix it, sort of just looked at me. A lovely lady did however bring over some correct sauce for us. Lastly we did Shuffleboard which was probably the game we enjoyed the most, minus all the electronic caps falling off the disks a few times and having to pop them back on! We felt a little disappointed by our visit so weren’t interested in staying any longer for the Pool. I was excited to treat my partner to a day out for his birthday, but definitely don’t feel that we got our moneys worth.
