August 2024I recently had the chance to visit Supermax, and it was an experience I won’t forget. This bar is cleverly hidden inside a pizza shop called Happy Face Pizza, and at first glance, it’s easy to miss. It just looks like a regular pizza place, and you’d never guess what’s beneath. But as soon as we found the entrance and made our way underground, we were blown away. What we discovered was a beautifully designed bar with an amazing atmosphere—totally unexpected and incredibly cool. The space was vibrant and full of character, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The contrast between the unassuming upstairs and the lively, hidden bar below made it feel like we’d stumbled upon a well-kept secret. If you’re looking for a unique and memorable place to grab drinks, Supermax is definitely a spot to seek out.

August 2024The bar staff's cocktail knowledge here is great! They don't offer printed menus for their drinks, but can make you pretty much any cocktail you'd like - and even help you find some new favourites. This would be a perfect date night location, as the interior is quite intimate with comfortable booths and low lighting. There was a DJ playing the night we visited which provided a nice lounge vibe too.

August 2024I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had at your establishment on Saturday night. My friend and I arrived early and ordered a cocktail each while we waited for the rest of our group to join us. Although the atmosphere was great, we were asked 4 times by the staff asking if we wanted another drink, even after we mentioned we were waiting for our friends. Then, at 10pm, we were asked to pay our bill and told that we needed to leave because there was a private party starting in five minutes. At that time, there were only two occupied tables, including ours, so we were surprised by this request. To add to our confusion, our friends arrived shortly after we left, and when went downstairs to inquire about a table for five, they were told one was available. I would understand if the venue was busy, but the way we were asked to leave felt abrupt and unwarranted. I believe customer service is key to any great experience, and I hope this feedback can help improve it for your future guests.
