Lanwades Hall, Old Library

Lanwades Hall is an elegant and historic venue located in the picturesque countryside of Suffolk, just a short distance from the town of Newmarket. The hall dates back to the 16th century and is surrounded by 120 acres of stunning parkland, making it an ideal location for a wide range of events including Christmas parties, conferences, celebrations, weddings, exhibitions and charity events. It features a stunning entrance flanked by mirrored gate houses with wrought-iron gates. Beyond that sits a grand mansion at the end of a tree-lined driveway.

For a quieter chat...

Helped by a roaring log fire, it's easy to catch a moment or catch up with guests. The Old Library is spacious, enough for around 25 guests for a meeting and features great natural light. The space is filled with cosy sofas, two fireplaces and wonderful antique furniture.
