I would like to express my gratitude and commendation of the empathy and professionalism of Paul and Tony to help me (Greg, a runner who fell and injured my forehead and knees early this morning about 100 metres from the hotel). Without expecting anything in return from a non-paying stranger, they went out of their way to help clean up my wounds, make me feel comfortable, advise me to go check out my injury at Chelsea Hospital A&E and call a taxi to get me there. Now that I have checked and felt fine and am on the train to continue my journey to Manchester, I would like to thank Paul, Tony and Mandarin Oriental staff for their help. If that’s how they treat a non-paying stranger, I can imagine that their service to their customers would be top-class. I visited there with friends for afternoon tea on Saturday 2nd December. I was amazed about the attentiveness of the people serving us. Nothing was too much trouble ad unlike other places the staff were looking around them and not just staring straight ahead ignoring other people. I cannot wait to return for another visit which will be in the new year

I had the pleasure of stepping into the hotel for a drink. I came across the Winterhaus and Sean waited on me. He recommended the best mulled wine I’ve ever had. Sean’s service was impeccable and made my short visit memorable. Next time I’m in London, I will stay at the hotel. Thank you for a lovely visit
