November 2024From a serious business traveler with 60-70 nights per annum sleeping in hotels: - super kudos for the bed and linen, extremely welcoming, cuddling even. -free unintended upgrade to an extremely large suite, quite unusual for this price range - attention to breakfast staff, extreme discrepancies in service quality among them, yet all of them very much willing to be of service, hence the 3* instead of 2*.

September 2024I just had a drink in the bar. The gin and tonic was excellent and it was very good location for chat. Like lots of places in London the barmen were not easy to get the attention of. But apart from that it was very good.
