Located in Horsford near Norwich International Airport, The Nest is the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation’s new community hub. It’s a vibrant space ready to be filled with creative and inspiring moments. The venue features the signature yellow interiors throughout giving it its own unique identity that’s easily recognisable as The Nest.
The Nest boasts an ideal location for a conference venue in Norwich as it sits right by the international airport, only a 20-minute drive from central Norwich, making this a great conference hotel even if you have international business partners attending.
The green, leafy, 22-acre site has a range of facilities such as a floodlit 3G pitch, grass football pitches, cafes, contemporary boxed bunk beds, conference and event spaces. It’s a great venue if you’re looking to host any type of corporate event, away day, or conference, but also is well-suited for kids birthday parties and other celebrations. It’s a good venue on a budget that offers good value and the professional team will be there to support you in organising your event every step of the way.
As this is a charity every booking at The Nest will go towards supporting the Foundation's charitable work in the community.
The IT suite & Boardroom suite located inside the brand new Hub building is complete with 10 21.5" iMac computers, fridge & drink station, privacy blinds and 65" inch 4K TV with HDMI ports. It can be used as a meeting space or boardroom, or for IT lessons, training or courses. Use of the iMacs is included in the rate of the room.
Refreshments, food and drink can be provided by our on-site catering team, or you can enjoy the Cafe located nearby which serves fresh coffee and refreshments throughout the day.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be in writing, e.g. letter or e-mail. The date of effective Cancellation will be the date postmarked for a letter, or the acknowledgement by us of an e-mail. Cancellations are subject to the following charges: 1. More than 6 weeks before commencement date: loss of deposit 2. Less than 4 weeks before commencement date: 100% of total cost. The balance of the total cost due is payable within 7 days of the date of the invoice for such sum.
