Everyman Cinema Esher is an ideal screening room to hire for any type of event.
As with all Everyman's boutique venues, no one of Everyman Esher's four screens are quite the same. But although they each have their own individual look and feel, what each screen does have in common is Everyman's signature comfort, ample legroom, velvet upholstery and personal side tables.
Whether you are looking to impress with your next business presentation, host a private movie screening, Q&A, speaker event or private party, Everyman Esher has the flexibility to offer you a space to suit.

Cancellation policy
T&C's + You will be invoiced upon agreement of booking details and confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit payment. + We require full payment at least 4 weeks prior to the event or we reserve the right to cancel. + Our cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior to your event; any amendments after this time must still meet the agreed spend. + Bar Tabs and pre-ordered items are included in the agreed spend for the hire and must therefore be used on the day and cannot be refunded or used at another time. + All prices are inclusive of VAT. + All proposals are valid for 7 working days. + All pre-orders and any film choices must be received 2 weeks prior to booking. + All films must be the correct certificate for all attendees. + A minimum of one adult must be present for the entire duration for every 10 children. + Please be aware that face-paints, party-poppers, confetti or similar products will not be allowed in the venue. Damage to the screening rooms will result in extra fees. + All food and drink consumed on site must be purchased from Everyman, if you do wish to provide your own food or use an outside caterer, please discuss further with the private hire team. We make an exception for birthday cakes but ask that you provide cake knives and disposable plates. + no tickets can be sold to any private event without the prior agreement of EMG ltd.

August 2024Great treat with the family. Loved being spaced apart. Sofa's are comfy. Nice to have food and drink delivered to your seat. Nice size screen too. Staff very polite and helpful from arriving to leaving. Will definitely to again.

September 2024Had a great night out .My husband and I are older and less abled so we find the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and duty managers enhance our cinema going experience.Our coffees were brought speedily and piping hot.Good to see a wider range of films available .We are enjoying the foreign films with English subtitles.We always appreciate the introduction to the showing. Great to give young people a chance to do some public speaking and not mumble. . Thanks for the team effort everyone.

September 2024I had a wonderful experience at the Esher everyman. My drinks and food were perfect, everything came super quickly and the presentation was delightful. My raspberry mojito was delicious, so was my food, I would highly recommend!!! The staff on bar as well as staff who delivered my food were lovely, and made my experience even more enjoyable, they were happy to chat about the film and were very welcoming. Everything was perfect! Thank you Everyman!
