Motel Studios is one of East London's most well-equipped and visually-appealing photographic studios and event hire space.
In the historic setting of a Victorian railway arch, this unique event space has an old-world, heavy-industry charm that has provided inspiration for the creative teams at fashion houses like Dior, Louis Vuitton and Ellie Saab, and at media organisations that include Channel 4, GQ, Vanity Fair and Sky Arts.
Motel is located at the heart of London’s fashion and creative industries, and has become the venue hire space of choice for scores of leading brands, photography professionals and individuals. The boutique studio is available for hire seven days a week and is just a short walk away from Hoxton, Shoreditch High Street, Old Street and Liverpool Street stations.
Motel is a collection of Victorian railway arches that create extremely versatile event spaces. All 3 studios can be hired individually or together. Studio 3 can be the perfect green room for big events or, with our newly refurbished mezzanine can accommodate various events with many breakout areas. Motel hosts a variety of events, such a product launches, screenings, pop-ups, workshops and private parties, including Christmas parties. CLIENTS INCLUDE: BBC, Virgin Atlantic, Nike, Nikon, Dior, LVMH, PUMA and more.

September 2024Great space, experienced crew - definitely recommended. My wife and I chose Motel Studios as a dry hire to have our wedding - ceremony, wedding breakfast, party - all in the same place. The arches with the exposed brick make for a beautiful space, and the fact that two different arches are next to each other but separate helps switching between the three parts of the wedding easy and seamless. The crew are experienced and helpful, guiding us through our options at every step. The execution on the day was flawless, and they communicated with all our suppliers with great speed and without us having to coordinate among them. All in all we are very happy we chose Motel Studios!

October 2024I recently attended a TikTok event at Motel Studios, and it was an amazing experience! The venue was vibrant and creatively designed, providing the perfect backdrop for content creation. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the event. The amenities were top-notch, with plenty of space for networking and collaboration. I loved the various themed areas that made for unique photo and video opportunities. It really captured the fun and energetic spirit of the TikTok community. Overall, Motel Studios is a fantastic venue for events. I can’t wait to return for more creative gatherings!
