G Live, Auditorium

I have mobility issues, recently exacerbated with total knee replacement surgery. Unfortunately the tickets were booked before the surgery! I called ahead to see if there were any aisle seats available but the concert was sold out, however the person I spoke to said the speak to staff on the night if there was a problem. On the night, my husband and I arrived, only to find that my mobility restrictions prevented me from being able to sit in the middle of the row we were in. Hubby went to find Will, the lovely man I had spoken to on the phone earlier in the week, if there was nothing else then I would have been prepared to wait in the foyer whilst hubby watched 10cc. Will was found, and called the center's manager, a lovely lady whose name I sadly did not get. She immediately directed us to another row with aisle seats allowing me - not only to sit down, but as there were 3 seats, I was able to put my leg up, which made it a lot easier and more comfortable. I cannot thank the staff enough, the tickets were a birthday present for my husband and we are both huge 10cc fans. Despite this amazing service, the centre itself is superbly equipped for those not so abled. Great service, great centre, thank you!

A delightful and entertaining evening at G-Live with the wonderfully effervescent Sandi Toksvig! We had a book group night out to see Sandi after reading her 'Between the Stops' recount of the number 12 bus route in London. A particular treat was being given a copy of Sandi's new release, 'Friends of Dorothy', included in the ticket price! A thoroughly recommended night out. All eight of us loved it 🤩

Great venue. Good parking, central location, good toilets and good sound/lighting quility. Seats were a little uncomfortable after 30mins tbh & £4.25 for a 500ml bottle of cola though? That's a shocker. Otherwise good experience
