Had a great experience today when we went to see Beetlejuice. We were in screen 9 which was smaller than we expected, but the seats were comfortable, they had a very generous recline, the tray tables are a great addition and there was plenty of space. Contrary to some other reviews the picture and sound quality were excellent, and we enjoyed the film, despite having to sit through about 25 minutes of adverts and trailers. Food and drink was fresh and tasty, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for a cinema. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The only thing that we would suggest is don't turn up too early for your film as we couldn't access the screen until about 5 minutes before it started as it wasn't ready. The front of the cinema opens out onto the second floor of the omni centre and there's nowhere to sit/nothing else to do up there (it's just the cinema), and the ground floor is just restaurants.

In theatre 11. Here as a family with a wheelchair user. Lots of great space for wheelchairs but only two seats for carers. We're not able to sit together as a family. We can't enjoy the time together and can't share our popcorn as planned. Not a great experience. I might as well have come on my own. The cleaners were very apologetic for running late and it was all very clean.

2024 update: I’m dropping two stars due to aging projectors: many screens now have a blue tint, color uniformity, and bleeding issues, especially in screens 11, 8, and 3. Good prices, but too many ads and trailers (30 minutes is excessive). Room 4 has an emergency light near the screen, affecting contrast in the bottom right corner, and a slight focus issue visible from the front rows, especially with white text.
