Our Kings Road Apart-Hotel is right in the heart of
Harrogate’s conference district, conveniently located opposite the
renowned Harrogate International Centre. As well as offering a superb
choice of luxury apartments it also has a well-equipped conference
room which can be hired for meetings and events.
The stylish boardroom seats up to 12 delegates for meetings,
conferences and corporate events. Facilities include a solid oak
boardroom table, large comfortable chairs, complimentary WI-FI, a
large plasma screen, tea and coffee making facilities and a small
kitchen area.
We offer half day and full day hire and if you need outside catering
or other services our events team will be happy to help.

March 2025We booked the deluxe one bed at The Duchy Rd apartments and wow it was gorgeous only booked one night,looked to see if we could stay an extra night but it was booked🙄 loved the lounge with comfy sofas, bedroom was amazing didn,t get to use it enough due to limited stay,very clean. Only niggle we bought a meal for the evening and there were no baking trays, wooden spoons, no draining board,yes there was a dishwasher but we didnt have enough stuff to fill it so washing up was quicker and easier. Plenty of parking too. We will rebook this for sure. Thank you for an amazing visit.

March 2025We stayed at the Kings Road location and were very happy with the experience. It was a little bit confusing trying to get in, but that's on me for not poking my head into reception and asking for help. The bed was flipping fantastic - better night sleep than I'd had in months. The sofa in the studio however, was definitely chosen for its aesthetics and not its comfort! We arranged a late checkout in advance which was very easy, also. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.
