Amazing wedding venue for my Daughters wedding. The whole ambience of this venue is one of outstanding style and beauty. The staff all went above and beyond to make our day special.and the service throughout was impeccable. Well done and thank you to all at Mitton Hall.

Took my Mum out for afternoon tea and we had an amazing experience. Really reasonably priced and the vegan option was really impressive and well considered. Loved the sweet treats! We then had cocktails on the terrace in the Sunshine to finish up ✨🍹

Stayed here whilst attending a wedding in September. It is a very beautiful building set in fabulous grounds. The wedding was excellent. The rooms were laid out beautifully and all the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food too was very good. The problems came when we got to our room, number 115. There were a number of spiders hanging from the ceiling and the blinds on the very small windows didn't cover the windows. The worst was to come. At 4.50am a large refuse lorry reversed upto the front of the hotel, with a loud "vehicle reversing" warning belowing out. It stopped directly under the windows of our room and with the engine running at high revs, proceeded to lift the bins up and empty them. I did inform the receptionist of this, but she said it was the route the lorry took and the hotel cannot control this. I find it hard to believe that a top rated hotel like yours can't control the refuse collections. Maybe place the bins away from the hotel would help!

The hotel was hosting a wedding that we weren’t told about, so almost everybody else was a wedding guest. We booked one of the suites but it overlooked the terrace which joined us to the function room, and the loud music which went on till 1 am. Lovely hotel but they’re not honest to their guests, given this is sold as a romantic and quiet hotel.
