January 2025Got a gift voucher for my birthday to use the spa facilities. The staff, the service, the food was lovely, I couldn't fault it. The mud rasul and thermal spa however was a little bit disappointing. The thermal spa room was grubby, the shower within the thermal spa was very weak, not really worth coming on. However I did enjoy the experience, and the use of the pool. I didn't have my gym clothes so I didn't use the gym. The details within the spa need updating / sprucing up. Grouting, missing door locks, shower heads replaced etc I'd like to try another spa treatment as I think my treatment room may have clouded my experience a little.
