January 2025Just recently celebrated my Hen do here ! 🥂🍾 Had the most amazing experience, too notch service. The Hosts were very attentive and showed us a brill time. The music was probably the best in York and the value for money couldn’t have been better ! Would definitely recommend booking with Kuda if you want to experience your night out/party to its full potential 🥳 Thanks a lot again guys, hope to be back soon 🤞🏻

February 2025Absolutely awful experience. Tried to have a good night out on my birthday only to be kicked out with a dead phone at 2am alone in the cold. Paid for entry only to be wrongfully kicked out on a baseless suspicion that I had "thrown up in the toilets" when in reality I was literally just taking a piss in a stall. My visit to the bathroom was interrupted by an overzealous bouncer banging on the door, making assumptions that I had been throwing up in there. I was then escorted out without a second thought for this. Later when I asked to clarify the situation, the manager refused to provide the name of the bouncer responsible, intentionally making the complaint process convoluted. The manager also took zero interest in anything I had to say regarding my situation. They would rather protect their staffs imprudent decisions than ensure fair treatment of paying customers. Avoid this place if you want a decent night out in York. Trust every prior 1 star review as it seems they're intentionally denying themselves business and patrons. Toilets had no locks and the floor was covered in piss with an unbearable smell.

March 2025Management is awful here! Was attending this venue for a private wedding party at 7:30pm and they rejected us because we had a minor. Minors we allowed at the venue until 9pm but the manager was rude and up himself so decided to throw a little temper tantrum to seem like the big guy. Honestly a real shame because we wanted to celebrate with our best friends after them getting married but JOBSWORTH so beware x
