The Hotel is located in 17 acres of grounds and woodland in the peaceful Warwickshire village of Brandon. Dating back to the 17th Century the hotel was built as a shooting lodge for the Brandon Manor House. It was converted into a hotel in 1946 and has retained much of its architectural character over the years. Went here for a wedding. Nice location but just a bit tired. A little bit soulless in the restaurant with hard floors. Staff were all good though across the board. Never used the leisure centre but it looks nice through the window. Wedding ceremony room was very nice as was the evening room. Drinks very expensive in my opinion (£12 for a glass of average Malbec, £9 for a vodka Red Bull). Evening meal was OK but expensive for what we had. Waitress very good, but overworked.

Visited solo on business in August. The hotel is in a lovely country location, yet close enough to the city to be very useful for day visits l, whether for business or pleasure. The swimming pool is a decent size and was fairly quiet when I visited, straight after opening ok the morning. The room: whilst comfortable and quiet, the room was very basic and in need of some modernisation. The food: I dined here with a friend for dinner and the food was very nice, albeit a little ok the higher price point. Breakfast was a standard hot & continental buffet. Perfectly acceptable and tasty, but nothing exceptional to write about. There is copious free parking outside and a large bar area with outside seating. Overall I would stay again if in the area, but would suggest modernising some of the rooms.

We were told the day before arriving that all the facilities were closed, and were offered breakfast vouchers, which are no good as we leave our room before it even starts. Then once we arrive are told no wifi. No working lift for our pushchair, have to carry it up the stairs. Nobody manning the bar. And been refused to be served food as it’s prioritised for customers who are all inclusive. Me and my child have had to go back to our room and eat biscuits for dinner. All in all absolutely terrible place, i will never be returning.
