October 2024If anyone wants a fuss free wedding in a perfect setting with amazing staff then this is the place for you. Our wedding coordinator Emily, was always on hand, and without doubt, exceptional. She is both professional and calming and anything else you need. We used the lodge to arrive earlier and it was a perfect setting to start the days celebrations. We transitioned to the main house with ease, and all 7 of us plus hairdresser and make up lady settled in with plenty of room. Massive car park, enormous bridal suite, all the rooms were decent sized and luxurious, staff everywhere, all quietly doing their jobs. Plenty of plugs and chairs and dressing areas and we had food delivered to the room to go with the champagne to keep up the spirits. All of Bourton Hall staff were so helpful and kind. The wedding went without a hitch and the chapel was just magnificent and everything flowed perfectly. Organic petals for outside only and paper ones for inside and we had lots of both. The photographer we had worked at Bourton Hall before and he was amazing. Tommy James as brilliant in his approach and ability and he really captured the whole day while guiding the bride and groom for best photos. We had canapés, delicious, cocktails, between the wedding and the meal, which were tasty and varied. The food and wine with the meal were exceptional and the wine flowed generously(all included in the package). Efficient and quick service and the food was hot. Moving from the dining room into the rest of the house was seamless and it really did feel like our home for the whole time we were there. The disco, from Bourton hall was great and everyone danced throughout the night. Drink prices were as any hotel and payment was card only. The evening buffet was hot food and tasty bite sized pieces, not sandwiches with wedding cake sliced on the end. The wedding cake was from Bedworth Cake shop and it was delicious. Rooms were quiet and everyone slept well. Breakfast was bright and early 8.30-9.30 and plenty for all. We filled all 21 rooms of the hotel and the breakfast was like party take two. The selection was everything you could wish for and more. Plenty of time to clear the rooms for checkout and we even brought the cars to the front of the hotel to load up before leaving. 10/10 for Bourton Hall and there exceptional staff. They made our Daughters wedding day preparation, wedding and evening celebrations magical and I can not thank them enough. We surprised the guests ,with Bourton Hall named fireworks provider, with an amazing display to end the day and start the night, it was Brilliant. Anything you need to know, you can call or email or even WhatsApp and they come back to you. Absolutely Magical. I can’t post many photos as that is the bride and grooms prerogative, but hope these show a little of the site in use.
