February 2025I took my partner here as a treat in November for a celebration. We had a great time, professional staff, spa facilities are great and not too busy. The room we had was really cosy and overlooked the golf course, the TV was great along with the shower. Quiet rooms and checkout times are good. Only negative was the gym, we still had a good workout but it is small and didn’t feel that clean. But would return 100%. Thank you

February 2025I was lucky enough to book this superb hotel, as a surprise for my wife. She hadn't seen her old school friends in over 40 years and this place was not only a central location, it was a superb, if not sublime one! The rooms are truly wonderful and well worth every penny, the breakfast was outstanding, with all the range of cereals, breads, pastries, cooked items, yoghurts, tea's, coffee's and so much more. However the crowning glory has to be the staff themselves!! You couldn't wish to be greeted by a warmer smile and more accommodating manner, helping me with every aspect of our stay and the surprise for my wife. We stayed here for 3 nights and to be honest, thanks in particular to Marta and Issey, we could have quite happily stayed a lot longer. Thank you all, for a great stay and the most wonderful views

January 2025Really nice stay. Great location and loved the pool and facilities. Breakfast was really good, spectacular views and wide selection of breakfast options. Staff was all helpful and friendly. Only slight downside is our room was a bit cold, we had a radiator but felt the heating needed to be a bit warmer as we arrived just after Christmas so the weather was frosty and would’ve been nice to enter to a warm room. But nothing too bad, would return! Value for money was great

January 2025The room, food and service were excellent. However the pool was cold, disabled access into the pool was none existent. I was very disappointed as this was a treat after having a hip replacement In reply to owners comment. The hand rail wasn't long enough to walk down all the steps. The room was dimly lit, nice to relax but not to see. Also the water temperature was too cold. This was such a shame as we were planning on going back in a couple of months.

February 2025We signed up as a gym member, on the face of it, the amenities looked lovely but when it came to using them we found they weren’t the cleanest - in particular the steam room and pool. The changing rooms are very small and no privacy anywhere. We were advised children’s swim times were 3-6pm and when we went to use the facilities after 6pm a class had just started. The gym is too small and busy for the price so we actually didn’t want to use it so cancelled. Unfortunately cancelling was a real bother and took weeks of emailing back and forth to find our accounts to cancel. For the price I would not recommend
