The venue’s largest space, Weald View, accommodates up to 300 delegates, while smaller meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art training kitchen, and a premium boardroom with panoramic views offer tailored solutions for any event. On-site catering ranges from light refreshments to formal dining, with options served at the Graze Café or bespoke event locations.

Located just minutes from Lewes and Haywards Heath, with excellent road and rail links, the centre is easily accessible from London and Gatwick. Free parking and on-campus accommodation for up to 180 guests (available during holiday periods) ensure a seamless event experience. Home to our bakery training programmes, this fully equipped kitchen is ideal for culinary demonstrations, cooking classes, and food industry innovation events. It features 12 workbenches fully equipped with hobs and ovens, along with separate storage and changing areas to maintain high food hygiene standards.

A mounted rig at the trainer’s workstation allows for overhead filming, with a TV, speakers, microphone, and studio lighting for professional presentations and recordings.
