Kempton Park Racecourse is just 16 miles from London and is one of the busiest racecourses in Europe hosting horseracing all year round; Jump racing from October to May and Flat racing on the all-weather track throughout the year.
The highlight of Kempton Park’s racing calendar is the prestigious Grade 1 King George VI Chase.

July 2024Kempton Park Racecourse is a very valuable asset of the local community. It serves multiple functions. In 2021, 2023 and 2024, I attended the “autojumble” that was held at the Racecourse. Old folks come to the autojumble to find useable parts for their vintage motorcycle projects and take the opportunity to greet old friends. The venue itself is very nice.
