Excellent hotel. The staff Valsa and Ishma were so helpful singing happy birthday to my daughter bringing gifts and cake when I hadn’t even asked, so lovely. The girls on reception Thursday 22/8 about 10.30pm so helpful went out their way to find hot chocolate sachets and chocolate for the room, nothing too much and so attentive, thank you so much for making our stay so amazing, will definitely be back.

Rooms clean and adequate, bed was too firm for me. Massive spotlights all around the outside so curtains have to be fully drawn. Location is fabulous, great walks along Thames to locks. Staff were fabulous. Good breakfast.

We have stayed at hotels all over the world. This place is a gem. Great location outside of the city just a short taxi ride to the train station to get to the heart of London. Fantastic staff. Great food! The tapas are fantastic as there is something for everyone. At the end of a long day in the city the hotel has a wonderful relaxing country feel. If you want to be in the heart of London this is not the place for you. However, if you want access to the city and a chance to get out of the hustle and bustle and enjoy a time with your family it’s a good choice.

PRO> One of the best price-value in the Walton-Weybridge area; the hotel has been remodeled (interior) most recently. The restaurant and lobby are modern and bright. The breakfast is decent [for a middle class hotel]. If you stay more than one or two nights, book a junior suite/family room. It’s worth the money, you get way more space. CON> The only area which needs to be improved [such as the condition of the walls and some tiles] is the pool area. This part of the hotel is managed by a third-party health club provider. Be aware that the changing rooms (m/f) of the Spa/Pool area are freezing cold.

Cleaning is very poor!!! No renovation at all. Spots on the floor, spider nets on the windows (inside), dirty windows, shabby doors and walls. Not 4 stars, neither in the rooms, not at the restaurant. If your want a clean, well maintained and cosy hotel - this one is not for you. Please be careful. Or discuss with the staff what room you will be given. Maybe there are rooms of good quality here.
