July 2024A nice hotel walking distance from terminal 4. Has a direct walkway from the terminal to the hotel which takes about 5-7 mins. Bus stop as well as underground is walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are nice business hotel style rooms. Half the rooms face the inside of the hotel so that's a problem since you have to keep the curtains closed most of the time.

July 2024Such an easy connection to the Heathrow Terminal 4, super convenient, great food at the hotel and surprisingly good size rooms for London generally. The staff are a bit iffy sometimes It’s definitely worthwhile considering this hotel if you’re transiting through T4. Family was super pleased with the cleanliness and convenience.

July 2024I come here all the time for business trips and it’s always the best. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, calm, and the rooms are great. The gym in the hotel is also quite big with a range of weight machines, free weights, and cardio machines.

August 2024Spend 2 nights at this hotel. Room is standard. But the location is really walking distance from T4 Heathrow. The old man who helps us handling our baggage is very nice. Although he may not have the strength to carry the baggage alone, but he is very attentive to make sure our luggage was kept properly.

September 2024This hotel is slightly odd in that it's internal areas have no natural light. The only rooms that do have are the ring around the outside. Restaurant is ok and meals were prompt and well cooked. We used it to stay and park and the covered walkway to terminal 4 was very helpful. Train links are good with Elizabeth line links to terminals 2 and 3 being fast around 8 minutes on the train.
