Brooklands Hotel, Brooklands Suite

Just returned from our stay here at The Brooklands with my husband and our 13 year old son. Well what can I say, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special, every single person we came into contact with was happy, friendly and helpful through our stay. Room - we had a corner full panoramic room with views of the Mercedes race track. The bed had beautifully soft sheets and the bathroom was amazing with a huge walk in shower. My only negative is the small folding bed our 13 year old son, 6ft son had to sleep on, it was uncomfortable and not suitable for someone so tall. Food - we didn’t eat our evening meal in the restaurant but did have breakfast which was very nice, food was fresh and drinks readily available. I would have liked to see the pastries refilled as there were only a few left when we ate but everything else was lovely. If we came back I would definitely eat in the restaurant which was decorated lovely and all the serving staff were very attentive. Overall this hotel is definitely worth a visit, the communal areas and our room was spotlessly clean, and the close proximity to Mercedes Benz World was great. We will definitely be back soon.

Had the most fabulous spa break at this hotel with two of my friends. Me and one of my friends were celebrating our birthdays and this was a super way to do it! I was impressed with the spa facilities first off. Very well maintained and lots of things to do. The outside jacuzzi and the light therapy were my favourites. Didn’t have any treatments but didn’t feel it was needed for the time we had allocated to use the spa, and also the prices for treatments were quite high in my opinion, but I’d expect they’d be a luxury experience. After the spa we checked in, the staff were very friendly and super accommodating throughout our entire stay and I was impressed by the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Dinner was delicious and filling, the inclusive options were quite varied and we ended up having dessert in our room as we couldn’t manage to eat everything in one sitting! Breakfast was also of a high standard and very tasty. The table bookings were managed well and although the restaurant was busy it was not too hectic at the breakfast buffet. I cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality at such a lovely hotel. It made our stay just perfect. It was very good value for money.
