December 2024Out for Christmas brunch, a good atmosphere. Charlie was an excellent host, really attentive with the bottomless brunch and ensured we had drinks at all times. Would recommend!

November 2024I had an amazing time! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the level of engagement, especially during bingo night, was top-notch. The staff was incredible, but I have to give a special shoutout to one of the bartenders, G. She was absolutely lovely—so friendly, warm, and welcoming. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. Her cocktails were made perfectly, with so much care and skill, and she worked super fast without ever losing her smile. G’s positive energy really made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

October 2024Brought an afternoon tea voucher for this venue from red letter days and used it today. As well as the food being great & with a good variety, the staff were lovely. Would visit here again!

October 2024Absolutely disgusted with my experience today. Have been going to revs with my friends every week mainly on Mondays for music bingo but also for other outings during the week and have never really had a bad experience, apart from one occasion where I received awful quality drinks from an obviously new bartender and was refused to have them changed. As well as this the drinks OFTEN don't come looking anything like the menu pictures. I went tonight (7/10) with my friends for music bingo. We ordered the disco inferno (costing £30) to share between us (says it serves 4-6 people). A bartender came over to us and told us that their disco ball had been stolen so they couldn't give it to us but instead offered 'the exact same thing in a big metal bowl' which we agreed was fine. They instead brought the drink over in a regular sized pitcher which on the menu was £21 and serves 3-4. My friend went up to bar and said that it wasn't good enough and wasn't what we'd been sold at all. They said they would get it fixed and put in the correct format. Attached is the photo of the bowl they gave us. I am disgusted with this as I paid £30 for it as aforementioned. I spoke to the manager and she got shouty and in my face telling me that it was my problem and that it was the same drink even though it looks nothing like it, so complete false advertisement. After me telling her I didn't want an argument and that it just wasn't good enough quality for the money paid, I asked for a refund as we hadn't touched the drink (if you can even call it that) and then shouted at me telling me she'd give me a refund but she had to ask us to leave. So long story short, we were kicked out for complaining about an obviously poor quality item, clearly they cannot take criticism. She came over with the card machine to refund me and then shouted it'll be 3 days and stormed off. Alongside this, unfortunately, a lot of these 5 star reviews are incentive based as visitors are prompted that if they give a 5 star review quoting 'Dylan, Charlie and bingo' you receive a free shot. End of story is, I wouldn't recommend as the staff are awfully rude, especially the manager, she conducted herself awfully in a managerial role, and I wouldn't waste your money on the disco inferno, and don't believe all the 5 star reviews about bingo, they just want a free shot . I have attached a photo of what I was advertised and then what we received.
