Cancellation policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you would like to change the date of your booking more than a month in advance there is no charge. If it is less than a month, the cost is £25 per room. If it is less than a week, changes are not accepted.

September 2024We do escape rooms in every city we visit, and this is one of the best we’ve ever done! Excellent production value!! Sound effects, spooky lighting, good interactivity, responsive puzzles, and great hosts! Maria and Ebony were the best! Helped when we asked, let us struggle when we deserved it, but also chimed in to offer assistance if we clearly missed something we should have seen. Loved it!

August 2024Played run here, a fantastic creepy atmosphere room with some very cool puzzles and our hosts Khad and Liam were absolutely incredible and really made our experience here excellent! We also had cocktails in the bar afterwards which were fantastic!

July 2024Absolutely fantastic. We did Abducted with Conrad and Fleur helping us through. They were brilliant. I requested no touch / very limited and the staff were excellent, very accomodating. The escape was a challenge, so close to completion. We're going again to try more at some point!! The bar is so cool! Booze, pizza and darts, all you need.
