The Northern Irish capital’s repurposed maritime hub has a three-pronged events offer. On the top floor of the strikingly contemporary Titanic Belfast building, the Titanic Suites look out to the slipways and lough where the famous ship was built and launched. Inside too, it draws inspiration from the White Star Liner, with plush interiors centred around a replica of its Grand Staircase. Close by, SS Nomadic is an original quarter-sized sister to the Titanic that immerses dining groups in a period White Star experience, while the 6,000sq m Titanic Exhibition Centre is a thoroughly modern host of large-scale exhibitions. Both of Belfast’s airports are within a half-hour transfer of all three, and a Titanic Hotel is promised for September 2017.

Excellent, well manged & respectful experience that brings this truly iconic ship to life. It was a very real & thought-provoking place with many genuine items presented in an educational setting. Well worth a visit, allow three to four hours +an hour for the outside slipway & the Nomadic tender.

Probably one of the best museums I've ever been to. Such a captivating tale, and it hits harder when you're in the actual location that the Titanic was built. A very well designed museum, especially the mini ride you get to go on in the middle that helps to show the scale of the ship's construction. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant exhibition in an amazing building. It's so big, it's worth going faster through the first introductory rooms or you'll be exhausted! The ride is amazing, as are many of the projections. Good accessibility, with wheelchairs and scooters to borrow and easy lifts. Car parking is easy in the underground car park, although it is expensive.

I can’t describe how brilliant this really was. We’ve all been to many museums in our lifetime, but I definitely believe this one stands out. It is great value for money, and I only spent a couple of hours there before flying home just to fill in some time before jumping on a plane. An excellent way to spend time as it so near to the airport. Could’ve easily spent the entire day there!! … about the history, this Museum definitely helps fill in lots of gaps in knowledge. I especially liked how it took the person on a journey from Belfast and immigration to the dockyards and the ship construction, all the way through to the disaster and the discovery. It was brilliantly curated. I had no idea there was a series of failures that led to the inevitable, nor did I know that it remains one of the worst shipping disasters to this day. Honestly, you should go. It’s superb. There is underground parking and a linked cab office, plus lockers for travel luggage.

I enjoyed my time at Titanic Belfast tremendously. I bought my ticket in advance, and I was able to enter right when I arrived. Walking through the exhibit takes you through the entire story of the Titanic. I was able to spend a few hours here, but I wish I set aside 5-6 hours, because it would have been nice to spend more time at certain parts of the exhibit. For example, one of my favourite parts was near the end. There is a spinning replica of the Titanic set in the middle of large circular screens. With video, lights, music, and people talking, you are brought through the entire story of the Titanic. I could have spent an hour just in this one part of the museum! And there are so many parts like this in the museum. I left feeling deeply moved, which I didn't expect from a visit to a museum. I live in Canada, but I would go absolutely travel back to Northern Ireland to experience this museum again. Highly recommend!
