February 2025Deposit Not Returned – Poor Experience with Regus A friend had a bad experience with Regus last year. After leaving the office, they refused to return the deposit despite multiple follow-ups. Poor customer service and no resolution—be cautious before signing a contract.

February 2025⚠️ Warning: Regus Keeps Your Deposit – Terrible Experience! ⚠️ If you’re considering signing a contract with Regus, think twice! My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating, and I want to warn others before they fall into the same trap. • November: I signed a contract and rented an office from Regus. • December: I terminated my contract, following all their policies. • January 3rd: I formally requested the return of my deposit. • February: Despite multiple follow-ups, Regus still hasn’t returned my deposit, which is a significant amount of money. Their customer service is slow, unresponsive, and full of excuses. If a company can’t be trusted to honor a simple deposit refund, how can they be trusted for anything else? Avoid Regus at all costs! Find a more reliable and transparent office provider. Don’t let them hold your money hostage like they did with mine.
