March 2025Attended a dinner & dance. The food was really good. Staff couldn't do enough, especially for people with allergies or food preferences. Staff were 10 out of 10 on service. Easy to find, close to the M1 junction 15, plenty of parking, and comfortable.

March 2025Good location with easy access to both M1 and A1. Spacious room with air conditioning, massive tv, and mini fridge. Very comfortable large bed. The room was stylish and seemed to be refurbished. There is tiny Hilton market next to reception where you cam find some snacks etc. Breakfast was excellent, choice of everything you need. American waffle machine made my day :) 5* service, amazing staff!!!

March 2025Stayed the week after storm Bert, in November 2024. My main problem with my room was, why are the hand shampoos and the power socket for the razors so far away from the sink? Could there not be any shelve right underneath where the razor charger is? I understand you guys don’t/can’t put it too near the sink because of water and electricity but maybe put a shelve there to leave razor plugged there if needed to etc, because it is quite a distance between the hand shampoo pump and the sink or maybe put the hand shampoos where the size where razor plug is, but closer to the sink and put the plug for the razor, put it where the hand shampoo is (see picture)

February 2025I’ve been staying here for the last 2 months for 3 nights a week. Sandra has been incredible with our whole workforce, so attentive and sweet and a joy to chat with at breakfast! I’d come back just for her!! The rooms I get (whilst listed the same) seem to be different week to week, with one having a faulty shower head and another with broken heating. They’re all quite old fashioned. On 2 different occasions, a room hasn’t been cleaned when my colleague had been shown to her room. I ate at the restaurant 4 times - each time it was a let down. The £17 curry tastes like a Tesco microwave meal, the sweet potato fries are doused in salt and weird Italian herbs - they use the same herbs on the pizza I ordered.!They’re not cooked in just sprinkled all over the food so it’s all you can taste. A pizza is around £18, and a pint around £6.50. With no walkable options, I do think this is extortionate. Breakfast was great, lots of options, but again around £17 a head (who can eat that much before 9:30am?!). A bottle of water is £4 (!!!!!!!!) which I was charged for when I asked for a lime cordial with water. If work wasn’t paying, I definitely would not stay here.
