Cancellation policy
Cancellation within 60 days of the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total contracted revenue will apply. If the event/booking is cancelled within 30 to 14 days of the arrival date the Hotel’s cancellation policy is 95% on the contracted accommodation and room hire revenue and 70% on contracted food and beverage revenue. If cancellation is within 14 days then 100% of the contracted total revenue will be charged if facilities and related services are not re-sold. 21 Cancellations, postponements or partial cancellations, must be notified by the Client to the Hotel both verbally and in writing at which stage you will be advised of a cancellation reference number and an estimate of the cancellation charge. 22 The final cancellation charge will be advised to you after the intended date of the event, when the estimated cancellation charge will be reduced by the amount of equivalent business that we have been able to secure to replace your cancelled reservation.

January 2025Stayed there for 2 nights for a family wedding. Had a great time and highly recommended. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Even gave us a private dining room for a family dinner the night before the wedding. Woodburner too was regularly stocked which was a nice touch. Food was excellent. A bit of a hike to our room but I needed the exercise. The wedding was perfect and everyone went out of their way.

February 2025We stayed at Barnham Broom for a spa overnight stay and to say it was incredible is an understatement! Their suite was lovely, and very close to all the amenities, with dressing gowns and slippers left in our room for us. Champagne Afternoon Tea was delicious and dinner in the Brasserie was sensational! All the staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were super attentive, especially Ryan in the Brasserie! Would definitely recommend Barnham Broom for a spa weekend!

The food is excellent and a lovely atmosphere and place to be. Such a great visit as it always is to Barnham Broom. Thoroughly recommend this great location. February 2025My husband booked this hotel as my Christmas present and it was truly a very memorable stay. The service of staff was fantastic. Special mention to the tall man on grey waistcoat with glasses that served us during our dinner. All the food we had was delicious from starters to dessert, all was perfect. Compliments to the chef. The lady at reception with long black hair was also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Every year we meet up here with old friends, and love the comfortable lounge areas where we can sit and talk for hours over tea or coffee before we reconvene for an always delicious dinner. More talk before bed, and again over breakfast with a great range of options. Comfortable rooms, generous beds, everything everywhere spotlessly clean. Perfect!
