Me and my husband booked this hotel for 1 night for attending wedding at their wedding venue. They have large car park. When you enter in the hotel first impression is very classy hotel. Nice restaurant inside. Basement has spa facilities with gym as well. They charge £5 pp to use spa facilities. Near by nice Lebanese restaurant The Bske one. It was very nice restaurant and we enjoyed meal. Gosforth hotel rooms are very nice and clean. Wi-Fi speed was average. There is smart tv in room but I can’t connect with device to enjoy YouTube or any movie apps. Their wedding venue is great and we enjoyed our event there. I would love to stay here again

Hotel has a nice gym & spa, but you pay extra for the use. Rooms are basic, pillows are rock hard, bathroom always has something broken, and there is a constant smell of marijuana in the corridor.

Disappointed that they refuse to take cash, so this restricts those who budget or don't like to carry cards like autistic adhd early stage dementia or the physically vulnerable. Access ramp is very steep. Food good service good and friendly. Spa a huge Disappointment the pool and jacuzzi ( when its working) are both very cold so not comfortable for elderly but ideal size and depth for physio and relaxation. There is a lift to the pool side but not for disabled pool entry. The steamroom regularly wasn't working and smelly however this seems to have been rectified. Sauna is usually good. Cold plunge is cloudy and dirty though. Changing (Female) rooms adequate and well lit , lockers are free but lucky to get a working one. Showers toilets and hairdryers also provided. Gym adequate although many times bikes aren't working or only one is on. Costumes available to purchase at the desk. I've not used freeweight room, court or bedrooms so cannot comment on those at this time. If looking for a spa day treat I would not recommend.

Worst pamper experience ever. If you are happy with chavs swearing and screeching.. please book a pamper day here. Jacuzzi didn’t work ..has not been working for over two weeks. Dirty floors and not a place I would ever want to go back to. Awful experience. We left early.
