The Owners Club will offer you a modern and contemporary look which is perfect for informal events such as smaller conferences and summer parties. The new terrace attached to the conference room offers glorious views overlooking the newly landscaped Parade Ring. With floor to ceiling glass bi-folding doors, the venue provides plenty of daylight throughout the day and a welcoming atmosphere during evening events, always connected with our rich green background and newly refurbished site. There is also a card-only bar available to open in the space for a £500 minimum spend. Plus, the car park and taxi rank for your guests is situated right outside the front of the venue.

In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel your confirmed booking at any time prior to the Event, the Venue reserves the right to apply the following cancellation charges, based on the total contracted value according to the number of days prior to the scheduled Event date that you cancel the Event. April 2025First ever visit. Very enjoyable day helped by lovely weather. I found the facilities very good, food was lovely and plenty of places for a drink! The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. Great day out.

April 2025It's a beautiful racecourse. Lunch for owners was good but not excellent. Hotter food would have been preferable. I had to approach the staff to ask for items for our table. They were lovely and got what was required, but them approaching the table to check would have been preferable. Clearing tables littered with glasses was initially slow. Sorry to be picky, but I'm being honest about our experience. Here,I go again. It would have been a valued touch to offer afternoon tea as many racecourses do. Many of us had travelled between two to four hours to get there and had a long journey home. We didn't leave until 6 pm. So few sandwiches, cake, and scones that sort of thing would have been appreciated. We have been to Newbury a few times and will continue to return. Thanks to everyone for their efforts and hard work it is appreciated.
