The second floor offers over 780m2 of pillar free conference, dining or exhibition space. It has full grey-out blinds, 3 phase power across the room and allows access to five balconies to enjoy the superb views over the racecourse and Berkshire countryside. With a maximum capacity of 500 guests for a drinks reception or dinner, 400 guests for a cabaret-style event, 2 card-only bars and kitchen on the same floor the possibilities are endless. Additionally, when you hire the 2nd floor, you will get exclusive access to the floor for the full 24hrs, complementary WIFI and parking. In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel your confirmed booking at any time prior to the Event, the Venue reserves the right to apply the following cancellation charges, based on the total contracted value according to the number of days prior to the scheduled Event date that you cancel the Event. April 2025First ever visit. Very enjoyable day helped by lovely weather. I found the facilities very good, food was lovely and plenty of places for a drink! The staff were lovely, helpful and professional. Great day out.

April 2025It's a beautiful racecourse. Lunch for owners was good but not excellent. Hotter food would have been preferable. I had to approach the staff to ask for items for our table. They were lovely and got what was required, but them approaching the table to check would have been preferable. Clearing tables littered with glasses was initially slow. Sorry to be picky, but I'm being honest about our experience. Here,I go again. It would have been a valued touch to offer afternoon tea as many racecourses do. Many of us had travelled between two to four hours to get there and had a long journey home. We didn't leave until 6 pm. So few sandwiches, cake, and scones that sort of thing would have been appreciated. We have been to Newbury a few times and will continue to return. Thanks to everyone for their efforts and hard work it is appreciated.
