Roxy Ball Room Manchester (Arndale), Area 1

Iv already given feed back to your sales and events manager Emily. This was my first time here at Roxy ball room and I chose this one in Arndale I was told it was bigger and because I was booking a large group people to play the Tech Shuffle game I wanted the space, when making the booking online I was advised/suggested I'd need 2 tables because of the number booking. When we got there we was only given 1 table, my group party was very disappointed with where the table was, I have attached photos to this post, with it being a large group of 10 we had been put on the outer table which was right in the puplic walk path, so we really couldn't enjoy the game fully as we spelt alot of our time having to move out of the way of the walk way, adding to this we also had a random group of strangers come along at the side of the table whilst we was gaming move tech shuffles off the board and also whipped and removed the nut dust you have to help us play the game better. As I do appreciate this isn't your fault I do believe if we'd be placed in a better place for the shuffle board game or was placed over 2 table we could have kept a close eye on these type of drunken people coming past to spoilt our game play time. Overall the places is lovely, big inside, the staff member we had who guided us to our table was friendly and explained the game options. However very very disappointed where we was stuck for such a large group of people, the location was terrible. Would I visit again or suggest this place to anybody else for this game? probably not, I certainly wouldn't recommend it to a large group booking anyways so unfortunately I don't give full stars.
