February 2025Great location close to a beach downside but rather handy car park. Also connected to a Starbucks which was needed in the morning! Hotel itself had friendly staff and a good food menu and drinks options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and would use them again.

January 2025Outstanding stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and easy. I had mentioned when I booked we were celebrating a bday so a birthday card had been left in our room, along with a voucher for 2 glasses of bubbly at the bar. Lovely touch. I suspect they also upgraded our room at no charge - it was huge! The room itself was clean, stylish and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed and fantastic pillows. Loved the separate bath! The customer service leading up to our stay was great too, we had some events move date so we had to reduce our stay by one night, it wasn’t a problem and they refunded me for the night we didn’t stay - nothing was a hassle. This was the best accomodation we stayed in during our UK travels for sure.

February 2025Room was a good size and clean throughout. Only downside was that there was a really loud noise which sounded like it was coming from the pipework outside. Because of this we had a poor night's sleep. However, the customer service was lovely from the receptionist on check out when we reported this issue.

January 2025If I could give an overall of 3.5 stars would be more accurate. It is the finishing touches which make a difference. Room was large, beds comfy, spacious bathroom. But light switch didn’t work by the door and had to fumble around to find the correct switch. Shower was great. Large over head shower but temperature control was unresponsive and set to scolding when we arrived. Bar service was great. The lady who serves us was amazing. Great table service and well made cocktails. In the brasserie food was great. The gent who served us seemed uninterested but got the job done. Again little things let it down. The white wine was warm. Sparkling water was flat. Breakfast was great but the brasserie was freezing cold. Many guests wearing coats eating breakfast as an external door of guests leaving kept opening. Overall comfy night sleep after an evening out in Manchester. Room mural was strange too!

February 2025Usually stay at Malmaison in Leeds and always up to standard. First time at piccadilly Malmaison and last.. Crumbs left on floor and down side of chair. Room not up 2 my cleanliness standards, bathroom very standard and tiny bath. Huge concrete pillar in middle of room, definitely got the short straw. Smallest doubled bed I ever seen. Go to holiday Inn or Premier Inn over road-same view, cleaner. 1/3 of price. Room 309.
