March 2025What a gem this place is. I had no idea it was even here. It looks tiny then you head inside and it's huge. The security is heavy, checking bags and stuff which was strange for a karaoke place but it didn't ruin our evening. We sang our hearts out in the booth and it was great. Can't wait to go back!

February 2025Was here as part of a girls' weekend away. When I arrived, the lift was closed off, and I walk with a stick. I managed to get myself up the steep stairs with difficulties. We arrived 1st out of our party. We were getting tired by then and opted to change to an hour. We were quoted six pounds, something and pay as you go drinks. So we opted for that the party was 8 but we did book for 11 and were charged a balance of £45.80 which was meant to have the £50.00 deposit taken off the totals don't match the price quoted. The room was on the 3rd floor and wasn't great to get up to. The room was nice and the toilets were clean and modern. Stairs are not great steep with rails, not always on both sides. Wouldn't recommend it.

December 2024Cancelled my booking because I was late although I left 2 voicemails because noone was answering he phone. The man on the phone when I rang to complain so so rude and matter of fact and didn't really care at all. Great place but horrendous staff. Whoever the owner is need to review his male staff who answer phones because each time I've visited her the bill has been in the very high hundreds and I've also put this place all over my social media which will now be reversed and certainly won't be recommending it to people like I have been doing. Leaving a long time customer standing in the rain because he was slightly late, after, AFTER leaving a voicemail is disgusting!!!!
