April 2025Went on a date, the atmosphere is great, it’s a beautiful restaurant, high ceiling, very fancy. The food was also good, got oysters and steak, super delicious. I’d recommend you try it

April 2025Turned up without a reservation on a sunny Friday afternoon, shown to a table by friendly staff . The restaurant was quiet, so we had amazing service from friendly and efficient waiting staff . The decor is very impressive. I've been here before when the building was Rosso , but I think the interior now is more elegant. The food was delicious and nicely presented. A lovely bottle of Amarone to accompany the meal . Price is what you would expect for an upper end restaurant in Manchester . First time in Cibo, but I will definitely be returning.

April 2025Cibo is a stunning restaurant, and the staff are so lovely and accommodating. However, the food itself was not the warmest which was disappointing. The tables are also quite small and close to other tables (we had a table of 2), so you don’t get the most private meal unfortunately.

March 2025Went when it was Rosso’s , not much has changed really still frequented by an army of young female wannabe TikTok stars the constant pouting and flashing of mobile phones and droves posing in the mirrors will drive you wild talk about vanity overload ! Get a life ! Food was just ok but service spot on very attentive . Pictures show starter platter very expensive at £35 but mains tasty and fresh very enjoyable. Just don’t go on a Saturday night if you want to avoid the tik tok crowd
