Its a lovely building with very friendly staff. It has wheelchair accessible entrance. You can drop someone off outside but it's red route. There is an NCP carpark 5 minutes from the building. The disabled toilets are near the entrance and is very clean and spacious. The meeting rooms are big and well kept BUT the sound quality for large groups is poor. Its a little better in the low ceiling room we used for our second meeting but the high vaulted ceiling we used for our first meeting had very poor noise control. We could hear the meeting in the adjoining room and people in the corridors. My concern with this building, its not really equipped for a disabled person, fine for someone in a wheelchair - wide corridors and room entrances BUT not for someone with difficulty walking. There are no hand rails, the benches in the corridors for seating are way too low and there are no "armed" chairs in the meeting rooms. I found it "scarry" to walk along the corridor, as it was so wide and nothing to hold on to. I'm sure a rail could be aesthetically added to the wall without taking away from the 'open brick' look of the corridors or adding a few armed chairs to meeting rooms.

I visited here a month ago for the legal advice and the 2 solicitors reassured me that they would help me with my case however each week that went by I heard nothing and I emailed to Dave but nothing and then I called up and still nothing, therefore I wasted my time and tears and I don’t recommend them at all.

Don't like the management (Whitney) because she never liked me because I am northern so it's always a femanazis lefty excuse to bring me down and treat me different in a bad way. Ok well my perspective she is lazy as she spends all her time on laptop doing nothing and expects the workhorses to do everything. Her method of management is a joke because label's and pictures are a guideline for putting dangerous food allergens out that's may hurt someone especially when she dictates it as in a hurry up factor Which causes the working environment to be slow, depressing and lack of activity. Very passive aggressive towards me for doing my job and blame shifting me all because of what happened was there were last minute bookings are and that's somehow my fault.
