Burlock is a 1920's themed Caribbean Rum Bar based opposite Selfridges. We have a delicious range of South American and Caribbean themed small plates available to order as well as the most delicious of cocktails and over 200 different brands of Rum from all over the World. As a venue and a team, we are able to take your mind away to those blue shores and white sandy beaches whilst you sip on something cool and tasty.
Our homage to the Caribbean features vintage prints, a sipping salon with authentic retro hairdryers and a grand house veranda where you can enjoy the view and watch your fellow rum lovers dance the night away beneath the lively streets of Mayfair.
Our full venue hire will provide you with a range of seated and standing spaces including high tables, sofa seating, low tables and a very unique sipping salon. Colourful and vintage Caribbean decor surrounds the venue and a converted grand piano is where you will find our DJ booth and dance floor.
The atmosphere can range from cosy to party so we can accommodate a range of occasions.

March 2025Excellent place for chilling! Loved the drinks and the food, but specially the wonderful welcome from Mister Santos and he’s suggestions 👌🏼 Surely a place to come back often 👍🏻

March 2025A great rum on Duke street in Bond Street. They have a great happy hour menu for cocktails as well as various rums from all over the world. The staff and friendly and very knowledgeable. The food is great as the portions are filling as well. A highly recommended place for any occasion!

February 2025I visited with a group of 15 friends, and unfortunately, the manager refused to honor the happy hour deal, even though it was valid until 11 PM. On top of that, we signed up for their newsletter but never received the promised free drink. It’s disappointing to see them prioritize profits over fairness. If you’re planning to visit in a large group, be aware that they might not honor promotions, which could leave you paying much more than expected. Sadly, it seems like they discourage group deals to maximize their earnings. I wouldn’t recommend going in a large group and the behavior of the manager is also not very polite.
