August 2024We opted for the Italian cookery class with Alex. Had fun and learnt alot. And the food at the end was really special 👍🏼

December 2024Excellent preparation for Christmas with some interesting and fun alternatives to the traditional Turkey dinner. Will definitely do this again. Thank you Alex

December 2024A fantastic teacher who boils down an idea into its most basic form, I was holding a knife and cutting an onion like a pro! A lovely day all round - part 2 - did the Christmas 5 hour course also, it was delightful

November 2024Where to start? The location is easy to get to, in an old building, really giving a specific, yet fun vibe. We had Alex taking us for an Italian Extravaganza class, where we made risotto, focaccia and cannelloni. The option to have bottomless Prosecco was there, however we stayed sober, and had a lovely selection of mocktails. The class was really interesting, learnt a little about the science behind things all food, and great shortcuts in the kitchen! I couldn't recommend this enough. Alex was a fantastic host, teaching us with a very approachable and friendly manner. Made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. At the end we got to devour our cooked delights and each dish had such a freshness to it, alongside the knowledge you've made it yourself! We will be back!! Absolutely perfect for gift to anyone, novice in the kitchen or expert. Here's your Christmas gift sorted.
