February 2025We were going to the Come Alive Show and wanted food before it. After looking on google, this seems to be the only one. Had to change the time as the show had informed us of an early start. This wasn't a problem, and confirmation was sent. Greeted by staff, shown to a table and there after waited on. The pub was busy, but nothing was too much trouble. Starter, onion soup was lovely, and the mains, fish pie, and chicken schnitzel were great. Overall, it's a very nice meal Recommended 5 stars

February 2025My wife and I held our 40th birthday in the events room upstairs a couple of weeks ago (fancy dress!) and had a wonderful night. The staff were great, really accommodating, helpful, swift service, and helped make it a wonderful night. Highly recommended.
Beyond Bounds
February 2025I had a cup of green tea here and it was nicely made. The pub is clean with nice seating. However, they left the back door opened when I visited. It was very cold. I was planning to have lunch but there was only one gluten-free option.
