If you’re a foodie and want to experience a lovely afternoon of learning a new skill in a beautiful environment. Would highly recommend 🙏

March 2025Park Plaza London Riverbank boasts an excellent location in central London – approximately one kilometer from Big Ben and just 300 meters from Vauxhall tube and train station, ensuring great accessibility to the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I did not experience any negative encounters during my stay. The room was clean and spacious, though slightly dated. However, it did not feel neglected and was still in very good condition. As for the hotel amenities, the fitness center was below average, even for a hotel of this category. The pool is quite small, more suitable for a quick refresh or for children rather than for actual swimming. Additionally, it was quite noisy and full of kids, making it less ideal for relaxation. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, I rate this hotel positively, mainly for its excellent location and quality staff. If you are not looking for top-tier wellness facilities, Park Plaza London Riverbank can be a good choice for a stay in London.

April 2025People truly make the difference, and Christabelle went above and beyond in assisting with my early check-in. Her exceptional service stood out and made my stay even better — a solid 10 for Christabelle! Unlike her colleague earlier this morning, who was quite rude in telling me off for resting in the waiting area chairs. I wouldn’t have dozed off there if someone had kindly offered a room a bit earlier, even if it was before the official check-in time. Thankfully, Christabelle came through with kindness and professionalism!

April 2025Had a pleasant stay at the riverbank branch, unfortunately I did book an exclusive deal on the Thursday and it was approved in the morning and upon arrival I was greeted very kindly by members of staff but when going to check in the guy looked very confused and didn’t tell me much which was going on and he got the manager who was very kind and explained the deal wasn’t approved and would only be able to do something small which I had to wait extra 20 minutes for this to done. She told me this because wasn’t 48hrs prior to stay but i emailed twice before the 48hour period. Other then that lovely room staff nice and swimming pool cold

April 2025I’ve stayed here twice and will definitely stay again. It’s located right on the river across from Westminster, making it within walking distance of almost everything you’d want to see. The restaurant for dinner is delicious. For breakfast, it is what you would expect from a hotel, but you are close to plenty of coffee and pastries. The only downside I have found is that when I arrive before check-in, they have consistently been unable to accommodate me checking in early unless they sold me an upgrade. I watched them do it to too many people on my way in and out of the hotel, and it almost seemed like a strategy. Unfortunately, traveling from the US, I often arrive at 10 a.m., so I’m either stuck with my luggage or stuck paying 80 pounds.
