I have hired the "Academy" room three times for day retreats on a Sunday, and on another occasion for a public evening talk. My clients have expressed total satisfaction with the venue and wish me to continue using it. It has neat free coffee and tea-making facilities, nearby accessible loos, is clean and modern with excellent projector, wifi and air conditioning as well as being sound proof. Flexible seating and tables as well as being suitable for group yoga. Just leave some Sundays free for my retreats!

A friendly and cool cowork space in Twickenham town centre. With a welcoming crew on the front desk, cafe space, canteen, library of things, podcast studio, desks with & without monitors, sound-proof booths, quiet focus areas and much more in terms of facilities, there is pretty much nothing this place does not offer, and no doubt if you asked they would sort it out. If you need a place to work in and around Twickenham, then you couldn’t do much better than Patch.

Visited Patch on 6th of March, never been in here before saw it was quite busy but saw a few seats at the front. I had a Quick Look at the back which is quieter but a bit more eerie where the near outside area is, there’s a garden bit outside to sit you have to press a button to get in and out though otherwise the door won’t open. Not good for people with enclosed anxiety. I wanted to try Django’s coffee as I entered and was looking at the food and menu for coffee there was no greeting or smile from the gentleman, I ordered a cappuccino but I to what looked like a latte with a heart shape on it with a line of chocolate dusting, but the coffee he made was nice so had a sit down. Was quite busy and loud in the main area due to it being busy but there was artwork and books to look at read whilst looking out the window which is always ambient.
