February 2025Tower suites is such an amazing hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and had every amenity we could have needed. It was bright and spacious and super comfortable. The staff were extremely nice, helpful and professional, especially Francisca who we dealt with at reception. We got an amazing room upgrade, which really made our stay extra special. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to London. So handy as it is right outside the tube station. Great value for money and we will be back again for sure. Thank you Francisca for making our stay so special.

April 2025Stayed here last week for my short trip in London, which was about five days and the location of the hotel is perfect. The food was amazing there; The facilities were extremely clean; and I will definitely be staying there again when I do come back to visit London! I will say that I do wish the rooftop that is at the hotel was open to the hotel guests, especially on the days when there’s not that much to do outdoors. Other than that, I still will give the Hotel 5/5 for the service; the cleanliness; location; and an amazing food that was there.

March 2025We had a great time at this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. The location is excellent for public transportation. Right next to the Tower Hill train station. It was clean, spacious and staff was attentive and professional. The attached restaurant was really helpful. We did not need to go outside for food unless we wanted to. Food was great as well.

April 2025We have stayed at Tower Suites at least four times, including recently. It has always been clean and tidy. We have stayed elsewhere but our last several times, we have stayed at Tower Suites because it is affordable and the location puts us near areas we like to see. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms have walk in showers, and we are often provided with rooms overlooking the Tower of London and South Bank of the Thames. Being near a major intersection for the Tower Bridge, noise from loud cars and emergency vehicles can be an issue if the windows are open. In a way it is part of the charm and it didn't bother us this trip. In prior trips, we closed the window and heard nothing. The cleaning staff are wonderful. We enjoy the cookies that they leave each day.

April 2025I was looking forward to staying here based on the location and being a 5 star. Unfortunately, our plans changed due to the recent fire at the airport. I contact my travel coordinator who then reached out to the hotel to speak to management and they wouldn’t refund us the stay, despite the circumstance that was beyond thousands of travelers control who were heading back home or visiting the UK on holiday. I have never experienced this type of service from a 5 star hotel. It’s a shame. I urge you to book elsewhere.
