The refurbishment has been disappointing guys, you reduced the fractional area which now has less weights and no bars at all as it used to have, which was always full in the past that the space provided was bigger. I think you should really consider a bit of re-arranging again, especially when benches are not that many and they can fit in the old place and move fractional back to where it was. Less treadmills in general, less cardio machines, you just went for a refurbishment but you did not take into consideration the demand of each area, plus you are increasing prices for something that is not that good even.

I cancelled my membership as the refurbishment of the gym has been really disappointing. A reduction in the number of treadmills and a change in the brand of equipment from Technogym to Pulse Fitness feels like a downgrade. The functional training/stretching and recovery area is now a fraction of the size it used to be and the reduction in the number of benches in the weights section is just ridiculous. A massive missed opportunity to improve the existing layout with new Technogym equipment, rather than being cheap and using the space unwisely.
