September 2023Gorgeous space and amazing reggae aerobics instructor. Crystal is a star. I loved how dancehall was applied in a fitness environment. You were learning moves but also seeing the fitness applications by learning how it works different parts of the body which made it a more mindful practice. Seeing the different levels of of difficulty/accessibility was great. It was also really fun and a supportive environment. Looking forward to the merch 😃

March 2024Attended Tantra Yoga and meditation, hosted by instructor Talia. Immediately upon entrance, your mood changes; Tranquil, calm, peaceful, and the array of gorgeous plants just perfect finishing touches. Yoga, with Talia, was calming to a room temperature set to just right.
