December 2024Probably worst delivery office ever! Having the third issue in time of a month with Royal Mail Whitechapel. First, they lied with 3 deliveries attempted and received my parcel after i made a request in the fourth day; Second, in the same day my parcel arrived at Whitechapel office they just post it to return back to the sender, refusing my parcel without knowing the reason; Third, after my parcel arrived at Whitechapel, they do not have the delivery address anymore but how did they know to send the item to whitechapel office which is the closest to my house? Contacted them by the office and by the phone to pick it up or even give them my address for delivery and they are saying there is nothing they can do, only ro return the item…Unbelievable!

November 2024Was in all day on both days they tried to deliver and didnt hear a peep. Left a something for you card with no details on it except my tracking number. Will have to collect from them but they're only open for 2 hours a day from 8-10am. What a joke.

November 2024Complete garbage. Royal Mail failed to deliver to me 3 times in a row. I booked a redelivery for a certain date but they did not listen and came on a day that was unaccounted for. They also did not knock on the door nor leave the parcel at the door despite the main gate to the building being open. I couldn’t even go collect it here since it closes so early so I don’t see the point in this even being a parcel collection point if I can’t even collect my parcel.

October 2024They "Delivered" my parcel 18.09 at the reception at my work. In reality, they just scanned it and took it back with them. I ran downstairs when I received notification and catched the driver on the street. He said "Sorry mate I don't know". KN69EJF is his plates for reference. I've called Royal Mail countless times, spent hours. They were rude and useless. They told me the investigation show that the parcel was delivered and it's done from their end. I keep saying I haven't received it, and I can't ask seller for refund cause he can see the parcel "Delivered" as well. They still say nothing we can do mate. Then, suddenly the tracking is showing that the parcel I received, arrived somewhere else ? How is it possible if it was delivered once ? I kept calling, I messaged Royal mail on Instagram and they just BLOCKED ME! Not only stolen my parcel but laughing in my face. Damn thieves.
